fifa 15 wont open

bought fifa 15 from my local goodwill about a month ago, first time i played it had some issues but eventually opened, now after about a month of not playing it, i wanted to hop on it and play. But now it keeps saying that i needs to insert the disc to play, even though i have inserted the disc, there is very minimal smudge on the disc, and no scratches, what do i do to make it open again, i dont want to have to order it again and wait another 2 weeks.
