Fifa 2007 run too fast

I have installed Fifa 2007 on my laptop everything seems ok but while playing a game everything run very very fast, players ball and everything.

I did some search on the net but i could not find any solution.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

To eliminate this problem properly you need to disable either SpeedStep (for Intel processors) or Cool'n'Quiet/PowerNow (for AMD CPUs). This can either be done permanently via the BIOS or via the Power Management options (you need to choose something like 'Always On')
