As far as I know to add leagues to carrier mode is not possible. Is it possible to add tournaments with existing teams to carrier mode like a simplified version of CONCACF champions league, CONMEBOL champions league, AFC champions league and FIFA club world cup? I have in my mind a possible format and will try to figure out how to do it without Creation Master if it is possible.
I have been doing this quick addition since FIFA07 (except in 2012) simply because playing a league outside of Europe is missing the extra challenge.
