I tried it 4 is the highest number... but still jobs only from Europe!

Do u know how to increase the age of players retirement ?

Ok then i don't know more about non european leagues. Check the codes in the joboffer file, maybe there is something about continents to browse.

About the players age of retirement, check the playerretirement. ini also in the dlc folder. If you dont have one here is mine from a patch that states the players will retire later, player max retirement age is set on 45, minimum on 35:

Anyone know how to fix it? I used Wan Bissaka face and then the game crash, but if i disable the hair it's working just fine, that problem is same with Van Dijk face.

Does anyone know when a new club is added using cm 16 in rest of the world, how to be available for European competitions when you play carrer?

In the dlc/footballCompEng folder/data/compdata folder you can open settings.ini and on asset id 223 (EL) or 224 (CL) replace the id of a team in the info_special_team_id groups with the one you want to add. I never tried but it might work.

Sorry i didn't understand, you mean the rest of the world european teams aren't selected for CL or EL? In the mod i have they are selected and i can play against them in european cups.

Yes thats right mate, in rest of the world is many teams like Spartak Trnava ,Partizan and 30 others but you can never get in the carrer ... not even choose them when you start the first season and want in option to replace some teams. Only the top 15 are in qualifiers or groups.
