I don´t know why you complain, if fifa has always been the only game that deserves to play in a " PC ". Without doubt is the best soccer game that there has been and that there is for " PC " without any doubt.If you have a playstation and you don´t like FIFA, put your *** out of this forum because you say that the people that like Fifa are stupid and FIFA for a PC user is the best soccer game that had been ever made.

I was going to say that too. I heard the new Uefa Champions League is good as well but I haven't played it. I think it is 2001-2002.

Have u played World Cup 98, it was better than FIFA 98 imho.
I still think the field in 98 was too small though(or players too big), and playing without sprint is just stupid, even if it does make gameplay sooo much better..

I never play FIFA on PC.
I don't think it makes any difference with PS2 FIFA game.

Yes, i should have also mentioned Wc98 too, Both of the 98 releases are very good, with slightly better graphics in Wc98, so i guess that it is a matter of choice between the two.

the best game of football ever is Championship Manager...

I only look for realism, i don't care about real faces and fancy graphics...

If Championship Manager 01-02 had graphics like let's say fifa 2001 but with the cm engine gameplay and AI, then there won't be absolutely no other football games.

You have obviouslly not played any of the ISS games. I used to think Fifa was great too till I played ISS PE2.

Yes... ISS PE2 for PsOne is a lot better than FIfa 2002... (WE 2002 will be also), and PES is better than ISS PE2... also you have a good game called This Is Football... is better than Fifa also.

On Pc... Fifa is the only game playable... but wait for the new ISS maked by KCEO not the great KCET... ...

I know I don't post here much, but I do keep an eye out and make a comment every now and again, so I thought I'd add my two cents worth.

Sensible World of Soccer was/is the best PC Football game ever made. Yes I know, all you PS2 owner will say "but PES is better that FIFA anyday", well PES is not available for the PC.

Back in those days, 3D graphics acceleration was in it's infancy, companies had to concentrate on other aspects other than graphics which were all basic sprites.

The word of the day is Gameplay ......................

Sure Konami are Gaming experts who I'm sure have repeatedly created football games that millions/billions/whatever of people have enjoyed and played.

But Sensible Soccer, Oooooh! I remember those days. I kinda liked Kick Off as well but Sensible was/is great.

Yes... some time ago i post something like this... The best Footbal game are: Sensible SOccer for PC, Winning Eleven 5: Final Evolution (better than PES) on PS2, International Super Starsoccer Pro Evolution 2 on PS1, International Super Star Soccer Deluxe on SNES, International Superstar Soccer on Nintendo 64, World Cup on Nintendo, i think that on Sega Mega Drive the best game was Fifa 94... i dont know.

Jikkyou World Soccer 2002 will be the best game on Gamecube, X-Box and maybe on PC. (I hope so). (26/05/02 on stores!)

Winning Eleven 6 will be the best game on PS2... i hope this so. (25/05/02 on stores!)

Fifa Soccer World Cup 2002 will be another ****ing game on PC (26/04/02 on stores!).

The best of the fifa series was deffinitely WC '98. I don't think anything was scripted and it was not that easy to score with headers.

What makes fifa 98 be the best in fifa series??
I remember that time when i play with PS. Feel so much better than FIFA97, but not enough. still hoping that they can make good fifa in the future. i play wc98 too in PS but i think its worst (even in pc it maybe a good one). play winning eleven 3 in ps too but didnt like it. Then i buy PC and play fifa99 that be my first good football game after perfect eleven 2 time in SNES.
But I think the best soccer game ever in PC will be WC2002. i play the demo and like it so much. like it more than WE2000. I dont know very well how to do a header in WC2002 so i never do any superman header. Even most people say that WE is better than FIFA series, I hope EA never stop to producing FIFA series in PC like they did in NBA series.
