FIFA Voetbal Dutch Jupiler League Patch

Hi all,

at FIFA Voetbal we started building a patch for the Dutch second division, the Jupiler League.

Also will this patch automatically contain all the updates we have made for the Dutch Eredivisie, such as the clasic Ajax kit, PEC Zwolle and N.E.C. Nijmegen kit-updates, captain armband update patch, facepacks, adboards and balls.

The teams and players are created and also all the adboards are finished. For now the things we need to do are:
- Minifaces
- We are trying to give some players a real face or at least every player will be looking as real as possible through generic faces
- Scoreboards
- Pop-ups
- Data bêta testing

Now there is one question. I've linked the league under the Eredivisie with promotion and relegation possibility. In the Eredivisie it shows the places 16 and 17 for relegation play-offs, but I can't switch to second division in career mode to cycle through the standings like in England, Germany and France.

Also when a career is started with a team from the second division, the game crashes. So we have to solve these problems.

As for your problems: is your league using an EA ID or a new one? If the latter, did you install Rinaldo's Expansion patch?

you mean the file in his rar that has no changes made to it compared to the same file freshly exported from datax.big ?

i don't see how simply removing this file from the big and placing it in the root folder and assigning it a description in the language database fixes it.

if it does what do you do when you have multiple leagues you can add ?
there is only one -1 email message you can edit.

Well, if you use the original file, any new league with a new ID will crash before you enter the Career main menu. With his file, you get as far as the first Transfer deadline: you need to disable a line in cmsettings if I'm not wrong to get further.
I don't think Rinaldo would be screwing with us uploading useless files, but I must agree that it didn't fix the new ID problem 100%.

Yes, I did indeed. We created the basic patch through Creation Centre and do the finishing touch, such as graphics and data updates through Creation Master.

Therefore the league was assigned with League ID 400 and new team ID's in the range from 130010 till 130029.

That may be the issue, because I'm not sure you can combine compdata files with Creation Centre. I may be wrong, though.
Did you try creating the patch solely with Creation Master? It may seem harder at first but it's worth it.

It's been quiet for quite a while from us, but behind the scenes we put in a lot of effort and I am glad to announce that next week we will run a bêta test with some members of our forum on a first release of our patch.

Also we are glad to announce that BFL Team provided us with the stadium of Vitesse Arnhem, the Gelredome. And in addition, they are willing to help us with promotion/relegation regulations for both the Eredivisie and the Jupiler League.

Tomorrow I will post some work in progresses on the faces that will appear in the patch.

Great work! How it the process, did you solved most issues? :)
There is also a list somewhere, so you can create your own leagues, without replacing, etc. (not tested).

Keep up the good work (and your team)!

Could you post a link to that topic? We've managed to get it working in Career Mode, but just by replacing a league (Ireland, but I'm not sure). You can download the patch from our website (fifavoetbal.net), but you can only play it in dutch or english, you you'll lose all your previous edited work.

This is the topic, but you will have to do some reading. :P
Don't only check the first post, but also the lasts posts, or you could ask to the magical(?) list.
I don't know what is the best solution, but I'm sure if you ask, someone can help you. :)
