Flags, and more atmosphere

is there anyway to add more flags like in this picture, and is there a way to turn up the fan chants and wat not because i think fifa is lacking in a bit of atmosphere, playing at anfield or old trafford in the game, sure doesn't feel like actually being there in real life esepically if united is playing liverpool or city.
