Need some help here guys. So, i'm going to format the PC to do a clean install of Windows 7 and I want to know wich folders do I have to backup to keep my mods and squads update/formations. Most of the mods are faces and boots.

WTH are you talking about? I have probably a dozen copies of my FIFA 13 folder backed up. If you don't actually want any help, don't start a thread on the subject, jesus.

Of course that i can't backup the hole FIFA folders, is 10GB for god sake.
I was asking for specific folders like the sceneassets.

if you are edit the kits, faces, boots the sceneassets folder is needed so backup it bro, squad's are on "my documents" folder!

faces and boots are in sceneassets and minifaces are in ui folders.

back those up as well as your fifarna folder if you applied faces and boots via revo mod.

backing up your db folder would not hurt either.

You can buy external HDDs of 500gb, 1tb and more y'know. ;) It's a good idea to have one of those, so you can back up your entire system when you want, as well as individual folders.
