Freezes while playing the game

I added the commentary and got that working when I had the latest patches for the game. It works, but sometimes when playing, the commentary would just get stuck and I would have to restart the game. Has anyone heard of this and does anyone have a solution or a patch for this?

No matter how good a patch is according to its creator, nothing but official patches are safe! Never ever download an unofficial patch or else there will be consequences and repercussions neither of which will be POSITIVE!
