Fully Integrated Multiplayer Mode

Has it been confirmed or denied whether FIFA 2003 will fully integrate multiplayer throughout the game? To me, that has been the single biggest gap in the FIFA series thus far. I should be able to play a league, cup, or whatever in multiplayer mode rather than just friendly matches.

I believe that it was possible until the 2001 series to play multiplayer on the same machine. I really wish the feature makes a return... Otherwise, I'd just stick to my WE2002 and play it with my m8s

i a gree with you guys the multiplayer mode was a great feature. and it should be back. fifa 2001 was the last game to have it, hopwfully we'll see it in fifa 2003.
