Game crashes whenever I get a direct free-kick with created team

So I created a new team from scratch and added them into Rest Of World using Creation Master. But for some reason whenever I get a direct free-kick, the game will crash to desktop with no error message. Is there something in CM that I've missed? Thanks

UPDATE: I've found out what causes the crash. My default kick taker had 'Adriano's Style' as their free kick start. I changed it to one of the non-player specific kick styles and it no longer crashes.
