Gameplay Question

I am playing FIFA for years and all of them have more or less minor and major issues in gameplay. But FIFA15 is freaking the hell out of me.

Most important for me is protect the ball (ptb). Ptb is used by Lt to protect the ball (obiously) by putting the body between the ball and the opponent. Additionally it is tempo-adjusting. Now here is maybe my mjaor problem with the gameplay. Regardless of what play I use in terms of strength and tackling behaviour, for my opponent it is riddicously easy to get the ball from behind. No matter if it is Götze versus Benatia, Musa versus Hummels or what else. He gets the ball by simply running into my back and of course he never falls down and has full speed right after the "tackle". I tried all variations of Lt (holding constantly, pushing again and again) but I don't get used to it, I simply don't know why. On the other Hand, my opponent is able to shield the ball in nearly every situation and sometimes puhes my player 5m back. That leads to such riddicoulus stats of 5 to 28 tackles for my opponent.

And next question is about passes. I know passing and vision is important (or should be, lol) and I use semi-assisted passing for years but there are so much of passes going wrong this year. Even the simpliest 10m passes go into the enemies feet while his left back clearly can take a beautiful cross out of a sprint and turn.

Maybe it is bad luck or what else that I sometimes predict 85% of the passes but always miss the ball either by 15cm, the player simply doesn't take it or can't control it so that the opponent player immediatley gets the ball back.

I barely see this at my opponents so I have to do something wrong, but what?

as far as the cpu against human shielding goes i have seen what you speak of and learned
to hold an angle that keeps him at a 45 degree angle from me while leaning back into the defender.

when he goes to take the ball turn 90 degrees and you are almost always fouled.

keep in mind that balance, ball control, weight and strength play a part in shielding.

if you just missed intercepting the pass then use a slide tackle and you will break up the pass, whether or not you will get up and get the loose ball before the cpu is 50% 50%.
