sure mate, all i did was open up the bmp in paintshop pro, then open up a picture of the real boot, zoom in really close to the game bmp, then choose the paint option, then when you chhose the colour you want to paint with click on the real boot picture and select the colour you want when the paint colour option dialog box pops up, this might sound complecated but all this does is makes sure that you have the exact same colour of the real boot.
then when you have chosen the colour click back on the game boot bmp and just edit the colours, make sure that you stay in the boundries when editing the stripes for example or you will edi the shape of them, it will probably take you a few hours to do mate but it will be worth it, the white and black preds i made above were only my second ever atemp at making boots, the first is at the top, ( if you look at the pic at the top you will see where i arsed up the shape of the stripe by not colouring properly).
it is really easy to do mate, if you get in trouble just ask and i will help you mate, there probably is an easier way of editing the colours but i use this way. hope this helps mate.
