Help Plz, I'm having A Strange Problem With FIFA 13

I have just purchased FIFA 13 (for PC) and I have installed it on my computer.
everything went so well and I ran the game. the menu ran smoothly and there was no problem running the game generally. but just when the match starts, the players and the gameplay becomes terrible! the game doesn't flow naturally. and it thicks, thicks and thicks...
and the match is unplayable
just so you know, my hardwares not only meet the minimum requirements but also are a lot better and newer than the requirements needed for the game. and recently I have played games like PES 2013, Call of duty MW3 and other games without any problem!
and I have also had my system checked by the website systemrequirementslab.com and it said my system totally meets the requirements.
moreover, I have installed the latest windows and drivers updates
and I have changed the game's configuration setting different times and read the readme file of the game and followed the recommendations in that also. I even tried the game both on windows xp and 7 but the problem persists. and the game does not run smoothly. everything else is good but just when the starts it becomes awful.
I was really looking forward to playing this. so please help me solve the problem. any help mean a lot. tanx a lot in advance!

No it doesn't. like i said. i have been able to run other new games smoothly and without any problem

this means nothing to me, fifa is cpu resource heavy, if its lagging then your cpu cant handle it which means it sucks.
just because you play new games doesnt mean the machine can run fifa.

quit w/ the giant font, are you 5 years old ?
stop acting like a child or im going to card you.

post the specs of your machine whiny.
