Help with free kicks?

I noticed that the CPU can do a very fast free kick with anybody they choose, and I think it's the driven free kick. I'm using a gamepad and I combined all of the buttons, but I can't seem to find which button to press while powering up the shot to achieve this. The "player change" button does the controlled free kick, along the ground mostly under the wall. So can anybody help me out with this?

do you use a controller ?

if you do u need to...

hit & hold L1 (front left button) at the same time you start to power up your shot.

if you hold L1 (front left button) before you start to shoot the shot will stay on the ground or very close to the ground.

if you want to curl the shot you need to hold the d-pad or analog (left) either < or > to get spin the way you want it, & up for top spin.
