Help with translation

Please, does anybody knows if i can open the .db files in another program that isn't DB Master???

I wanna make a pt-br translation for FIFA 11, but, i don't know how to open the .db files to make the changes...

please, i'm waiting for your help!!

PS: DB Master 10 doesn't work..

I have a problem in installing the game.I downloaded the 6.26 gb game from hotfile and when i try to install the game it is giving an error the that the folder fifasetup in game is missing.I checked in my file that i downloaded there is no folder named "fifasetup"..so if someone of u upload that folder in any file hosting sites,i can copy it to my installation directory and play the game.....plzzz some1..help me

whether or not someone pirates a game is on them, i have no say.
but being stupid enough to come on a forum where a rule of the
forum clearly states no speaking of any "WARES".

& then expect to get help, if you need help just say i need help.

as far as being rich, na, but i see my share of money.
maybe if little kids were more focused on finding ways of making money,
