How do i have a world cup in Fifa 2006?

I can't find out how i can have a world cup in FiFA 06.:|

Iv got the PC version.

Iv been to tournament mode and don't think i can find it and even when i create my own tournament i don't think i can get international teams so where and how do i get it?

Evidently not.

EA did not include a World Cup mode in FIFA 06 - how else were they going to sell a separate World Cup game?? Your only hope would be to create your own using a user-created tool (eg. Tournament Master 06 by Rinaldo) although it would probably be easier in the long run to pick up a copy of World Cup 2006 which must be out on budget by now.
