How do I make kits and import?

I have Photoshop, but is there a template? How would I import? Also, would I be able to import to a "Creation Centre" team to make my own?

So, template exist from FIFA 11, just search for FIFA 11 kit template.
And how to import ? Using FIFA 12 Texture Editor. Simple tool to export/import rx3 files from big files, where are stored .png textures ;)
