How do you delete old tournaments on PC?

I just made a tournament and it didn't show up. Are you telling me that with 100 gigs at my disposal, EA is only going to let me save a handful of careers and tournaments? How do I delete this stuff?

Just give each tournament a unique name (ie. change the default FIFA06 to something else) and you can have as many as you like
