How To Do A Backup In FIFA 13 ?

Hi guys ,
i'm going to install a patch on my Fifa 13 but , having already made ​​several changes , I would not want to risk having to do it all again for crashs : I how do i do a backup of all the files ( transferts , kits , boots , ecc . ) ? Which folders i have to save ?? How I can put anything that I saved with the backup if Fifa 13 crashes??

Starting XI
Program Files / Origin Games / FIFA 13.

Right cilck on the FIFA 13 folder, copy, then paste inside the Origin Games folder. It will be named FIFA 13 - Copy. There's your backup files.
