How to edit the Fifa 14 dlc so that players retire when they are over 40 years old, I edited it from the Fip v5.03 and Ronaldo always retires at 38

Hi.. perhaps you could try adjusting the RETIREMENT_AGE_RANGE, as 14 is the difference between 32 and 44. Actually, it's 13, but that could be what you're looking for.
