I've got at least 84 leagues (CEP11 plus some self-created leagues and teams) in my FIFA11.
Some comments about the game modes.
Leagues, national cups and tournaments:
- basic stuff but you get tired very soon
- no trades etc.
Be a pro:
- funny but too one-sided
- just league games and pointless international friendlies (why can't those be world cup qualifications?), no national cups
- world cup tournament is ok
- only four seasons
Manager:
- theoretically the most exciting mode
- bugs and crashes, exhausting
- you can control just one team
- if the national team tournaments were included, this could be perfect
One big problem is that if you make changes in creation master, your seasons stop working.
At present I play FIFA11 like this:
1. I choose exhibition match and click "randomise".
2. After getting a random home team, I choose an opponent from the same league. I use alphabetical order as a criterion. So if the random home team is Dundee United from Scottish league, the opponent will be St. Mirren, because it's the last in alphabetical order. Same thing with national teams or whatever league.
3. I play the game. The looser will be dropped out and can't be used in the future (I keep a list of teams that are out). Classic overtime and penalty shootsouts must be used.
4. Some day, when every league has a champion, a champions league or something like that could be played.
That's it. I've kinda got the whole world playing all the time and I don't feel bored. You never know where the next match will be and which are the teams. Besides that, making changes in creation master doesn't destroy your seasons.
