How to import a new face in .png file ???

I have imported a new face in my data_e.afs but now in the game my new face is totaly white. I think I have correctly imported the file with We Picture Decoder 1.70.

It's a transparency problem ???


Help me please !!!:(

Step 1: Extract BIN face file to be replaced from data_x.afs using AFSExplorer 3.0
Step 2: Open WEPictureDecoder 1.70
Step 3: Open extracted BIN face file in WEPictureDecoder 1.70
Step 4: Open your PNG face file in Photoshop/Paint Shop Pro and make sure it is in 8-bit (256 colours) mode and greyscale (no colours). Re-save PNG face file.
Step 5: Click on Input/Output -> Import/Export Full Image -> Import PNG
Step 6: Browse for your PNG face file and double-click it to import
Step 7: Re-save the BIN face file
Step 8: Re-import the BIN face file using AFSExplorer 3.0
Step 9: Enjoy your new face ingame
