How to Import Faces?

I am unable to import any of the faces through CM12 I always get some sort of error could some one please do a step by step guide on how to import a face into the game through CM12 from importing the head rx3 to hairlod and hair textures. I tried installing Shifty*nim's Nuri Sahin, but i just can't import it. Please can some one help.
