Hey guys,

Can someone give me a hand?

The roof of the Konami stadium was working well, then I changed one object from stad_alpha to stad_MainStadium because the object did have any transparency on the texture.

When I exported to the game that happened, the roof, which I didnt change anything became very bright!

I dont know what I'm doing wrong.

And if someone knows how to fix this objects transparency problem is welcome to give us some tips...it happened to have some problems with them, many on the roofs...like you saw on the stadiums i've released, from down the roof and some other objects looks ok, but from up side it looks transparent

If the object has transparent diffuse texture, then it's normal to be transparent. I'm not sure exactly what you guys are pointing to.

You moved the object to the stad_MainStadium, because the diffuse texture is not transparent? If that's the case, then check the ambient texture if it's transparent too or too bright. The ambient texture don't have to be too bright nor has any transparency. Also you can try move the object in the stad_Roof group as it is a roof object, although I think it won't resolve the brightness issue.

I have this problem sometimes, especially with the new EA stadiums. They have many files and I think there is a limit or anything else what causes the problem. Sometimes the only solution for me was to delete some files. So maybe you can test it that way.

Me too, sometimes I solved it moving these objects to stad_Pitch_NoShadowCast (yes, pitch kkkkk) or baking the textures, but sometimes I need to delete :/

If the model has too many objects (over 100 stadium model objects) it starts to give errors as too bright objects. Moving to another group might remove the bug, but it starts to appear on another object and so on. At least that's what is happening on my end.

your converted version of Casa Blanca stadium has the same problem with the roof...is trensparent...but not everytime..when i look in game with the camera from down it looks ok but when i look with the camera from upside it looks transparent

Ah, it is because the roof mesh face direction points the pitch. If you want the roof to be visible it has to be with duplicated meshes with opposite face directions.

I saw it too when converting some stadiums from PES 2017, one thing I did to reduce that number was merge the objects with same diffuse textures and blank ambient textures using Ctrl+J, but in some cases there are still more than 100 and one or other object still have brightness.

Thanks Guys! I think that’s the problem, it has more than 100 objects, and Ctrl+J is not working, one of the parts looses the texture mapping. I manage to solve the problem but now another object, less relevant, is bright, but I will see what I can do.

@gonzaga and @saul.silva , I ve seen in your stadiums that you have more than one stad_Alpha groups, what’s the idea behind it? Is there a limit on each group? How can I define which object goes to which group?

Yeah, this is a question on which i would also want to know the answer..what's the point of that stad_Alpha meshes..
