Actually, it's very simple.
You just have to extract the DB files from the correct big. However, I don't remember which one is the correct .big file, so if anyone can help on that... =D
You can do that with Texture Editor, since it allows you to browse through the .big files.
BTW, I have never seen reg deny to help, or give a tip. He actually posts a lot of useful links. He just doesn't like (and I don't like too) to give people what they can search for pretty easily.

Literally all you have to do is open FIFA with CM12. You don't have to edit anything.
