i have a fifa 2004 spanish version and i´ve downloaded the official patch to get more features in game as remap butons game fixes an more from ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/easports/patches/
but the only thing i wanna know is "HOW DO I PATCH THE GAME "
once is downloaded, cause nothing happens when i unzip the file and i place it on the fifa installed folder
