Import/Export FIFA 12 & FIFA 13

I exported (teams,logos,names,kits) in FIFA12 using CM12/DBM12 and import using the cm12/db12 for fifa13. But the players have many tables that have the 13 and not at 12.
So how do I import players from teams (ex Criciuma) I had a patch for fifa 12 like CEP i think. Anyone know the best way?
I have all the teams from Brasil Serie B, Are missing the players. If someone wants. Only missing the players
