improve myself

hey i'm 16 and is wonderring if you guys got any nice tips or drills to help me improve as a rsb/rwb/rmf/ramf basically any position on the right and what are the most important aspects of the game to master on these positions

basically my strengths:
size/body
stamina
strength
heading
intelligence
teamwork
marking

my satisfactory list:
dribbling
short passes
aggressivess
tackles
control
right foot
speed (one of the fastest but knowing how physically blessed I am i should be faster...)
shooting

weaknesses are:
crossing (not consistent)
vision
left foot (but I'm really working hard to improve this already so it's getting much better)
errm... ya that's about it, maybe juggling if that counts? never done more than 50 juggles in my life

team status (just incase it might help u help me)
definite starter for RSB/RWB, I normally play like a wingback whether I'm one of the two pos mentionned, hardly ever get subbed unless the match is already won or already lost
occasionally/rarely, coach will want the team to attack more so I become more of a midfielder/attacker
we either play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 (normally) so if it's 4-3-3 I normally stay back, if 4-4-2 the coach will normally bring me and put me into a midfiel position if he needs more offensive power and then send the original rmf up into ramf pos, then swap one of cmf's for a defender (who is much much worse than me)
i never really play RAMF since this year it was coverred by someone real good, but he left so I think I might have some chance to play in this position next year, and I always liked being an attacker so...

k, basically it would be nice if you could just look at the list and tell me what I need to improve on to be a good RB/RWB/RMF and how
currently I play around/practice/train around 2 hours a day everyday of the week except sunday and occasionally friday/saturday (since I might be out wit friends etc, a lot of times end up playing soccer wit friends anyway...) so i'll have a lot of time to practice on these skills which you guys can hopefully help me with

sorry for long post btw...

Your crosses need to be automatic if you're playing wing or fullback, they can't be a weakness. In addition you need to be able to consistently beat someone in order to get your cross off.

that's all I need to improve in??
yeah i'd like to be better at crossing but I don't really know any good drills to do by myself, do you have any for me? does hitting a wall actually help?
quite good at dribbling past opponent's... normally

Take a ball to a field and cross it?

Well obviously you should improve your overall game and keep improving as you grow, but for a winger you should be able to run fast, dribble, and cross. When I played (both sides winger) I wasn't very fast, but I made up for it with a lot of effort when it was needed either getting up the field, or tracking back defensively. But then again, I was someone that could take it past anyone because in America to get past someone all you really need is a good misdirection cut, so speed wasn't as important since I could beat guys.

But yeah, just do whatever you can to improve your overall touch and feel of the ball, Punt it in the air and practice bringing it down with one touch, practice running at full speed with the ball and doing moves and shooting/crossing. Get your juggling to a high level. To me, if you have good touch on the ball and a good feel for the game like knowing where your teammates are and where they will be you don't need much else.

Try to visualize a target man in the area. For example, imagine your target man is near the penalty mark. Then just keep crossing it and see how many balls you get at that place. Kicking the ball at a wall improves first time passes (passes without controlling the ball first) i guess.

Also, for the crosses, can you at least get them high? Or most of the time when you cross it goes low? If so that's a problem aswell.

yeah of course I can get the cross high...
except sometimes when I wear fashion shoes or timberland boots etc I find it a bit hard to get the ball up but if I wear sports shoes/cleats it's easy to get the ball up

I find it kind of boring, tiring and time wasting to go fetch the bal after I hit my cross... and since it's off season right now I got noone to practice my crosses with
