Increase rate of Player Growth in Career Mode

Hello, I am kind of new to trying to edit Fifa 12. I remember using the tools for the older Fifa games that were based of the PS2 version but ever since the new engine I am kind of clueless.

Anyways, I was trying to see if there is anyway I can affect the rate of which young players players. Specifically scouted players. I have tried looking around and haven't found anything that can point me in the right direction. I'm not sure which ini file will have the info I need and I don't really get alot of what the entries in there mean.

stop promoting your file in every thread, thats why you have a thread.

just tell him how to do it.

there is an ini file called playergrowth in the data big files, export it, edit it & test until you get your desired growth rate.
