Yes there is now. I discovered a hex cheat. See my post in FIFA 06 Support Forum. Get heaps of money :)

there's an easier way, head over to http://eng.fifax.net/downloads/?cat=94
and go down to Fifa 06 tickets price patch,it is a money cheat for your home game tickets, all you do is replace your config.dat file usually in C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 06 with this edited one and make heaps of money from every home game. There's instructions in the rar file.
