Cori Italiani Patch has been released at fifamania.it. It contains two team chants for every italian Serie A club, unfortunatelly ¨the patch is not self installing.
I have created an installation script. Unzip everything (STR+OFF files) plus gfxpak.exe into your main FIFA 2003 directory. Download http://www.fifacz.com/files/fifa2003/cori_italiani_setup.bat and copy it to the same directory. Then just double-click the BAT.
