i recomend the true's flags. these are the more realistic flags for fifa 2003. You should put it into your pach. see that

I AM SORRY THAT I HAVE TO TELL U THAT, BUT THE PATCH IS NOT GONNA BE RELEASED CAUSE WE HAVE NOT ENOUGH TIME TO EDIT! AND ALSO, IF WE WOULD RELEASE THE PATCH IN SEPTEMBER NOBODY WOULD BE INTERESTED IN IT, COUSE THEN EVERYBODY WILL PLAY THE FIFA 2004 DEMO!
