Low Laptop Configuration

Hello, I have a questions.
Can I launch Fifa13 with this conf.
AMD Turion 64x2 2.0 @3.2 GHz
2 GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon x2300 256mb

I already tried to play Fifa two months ago but I had lag is there any solution to launch Fifa on this specs?
I tried "LOD and Crowd tool" but I doesn't help much.

I have a laptop with:
Intel I3 Dual Core M330 @2.2GHz
4 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics Mobile(M330) 256mb

I could play FIFA 12 at Ultra settings without lag and FIFA 13 plays good at a lower resolution (1280x768) on a 1366x768 laptop screen on High settings with 4xMSAA. FPS between 25-35.
Your specs are better except for the 2 GB RAM, but normally that doesn't matter so much. Maybe you are running many background apps?
Games normally play better on ATI cards than Intel cards.
