Making new jerseys/uniforms?

Okay so I Started a world cup playing as fiji but to be honest I hate their uniforms.

I've seen Serbia and Montenegro uniform and I really like it...How would I go about changing the uniform...Like copy serbia's uniform and put it on fiji as well.

I'm dumb when it comes to changing things so please can you post step by step instructions?
