Manager Mode Crashes After 18th Feb, 2013.

As the thread title says, the manager mode crashes after 18th Feb, 2013.
Champions Cup final against ManU (I'm Barca), and this is irritating me:(.

Any way to fix it?

I have the same problem.

I think it is to do with Free Agents in my squad. Of course you can only transfer them out in the transfer window.

Does anyone know if any of the Fifa 12 tools could be used to edit the saved files and remove the players without buggering something else up in the process?
