yo soy editor de fifa08 y estoy ahora tratando este tema pero para el el 08 y pude entrar al modo manager con algunas ligas si soluciono el problema les tiro la solución por ahora lo único que les puedo desir que el "team_lookup" y el "rtsg" tiene que ser los originales del fifa.db de pc
