I recently bought a new video card so that I could play FIFA 2003.
Before the program wouldn't even luanch .Now that I've installed the new card the program starts but I progress only as far as the Loading screen (loads up the blinking 12th an.

I downloaded the latest Drivers and Directx 9.0 .I would appreciate advice from anyone on this problem .
