Need help with 2006 WC Germany and Port Forward

Folks,

I understand that one needs to forward some ports in order to play vs. other people over the Internet.

What are those ports then?

I am using Windows XP SP2 and Linksys WRT54G router.

Can I have some more help on this.
Where should I open this ports?

I am frustrated cause I dont knwo why cannt I connect a game on the EA server.
I am able to enter a game, but the screen just say LOADING and then come back to home. I have to say that I have played sometimes, but others it is just impossible to get a game.

What is the UOTRACER from EA suppose to do?
What is the 2006 WC server address to trace it?
