I'm looking for new kits for the upcoming premiership campaign. Especially Crystal Palace and Norwich.

Where can I find them for 2002?

Can I convert files from Fifa 2003 or Fifa 2004? (If so, how?)

Do they need to be 4gk? I was hoping not to do them that way. I have downloaded kits for Fifa 2004 and they are in .bmp format. I'm not sure how I would convert them to .fsh for Fifa 2002. Any ideas?
