Next Gen Menus On Current Gen

Hi , i want to change my menus to NextGen ones so as you see on the picture it's a NextGen Menu's

1: the blue effect when your cursor is on the option
2: the glass effect and the yellow color on the submenu text when u r on it
3: the color of the team name and player name is in White
4: the gardient style
5: the dark blue color on all menu's you want to enter and the transparency
6: the original color of the submenu text is white not dark grey like in currentgen

if there are anyway to change those options please let me know how .

I already use this but it change just the background , its not the thing am searching,

Yeah I'm using it but it change only the background and its not the point i want to edit.
