No Heads

So I cloned a few players and put them into a new team. I got this team into the French league and could play with them fine.

The only issue I had was that the playes had no heads in the loading screens and were given some sort of blue head in the game.

I then went to the creation master and added generic faces to each one of the players. After that FIFA 12 would crash on the load screen every time and I had to reinstall the game.

How can I sort this?
