No kit names and crowd

I runs fifa 12 smoothly but suddenly i got a problem , i cant see crowd in a stadium. (in all modes friendly, manager mode.....)
i reinstalled all the things even delete my fifa1 2 folder from documents ...plz help

did you use any patches ?

i just installed the revolutionary patch which include the .lua files(stadium, wipe, ball....)
just tell me how to install fifa 12 from the scratch. cuz i did every thing.

i uninstall the game , delete all the patch files from directory and also the fifa 12 folder from documents............reinstall the game , make new profile but still have the same problem. wht should i do now
