no result after editing in cc

I have a dutch version of Fifa 2005 (original)
I installed .NET and Creation Centre.
Then I started changing league names, team names and player names but after entering Fifa 2005 my changes didn't appear in the game.
I tried to change the eng.db file into dut.db but no result. Not even after starting CC and doing my changes again.

But when I start CC my changes are still in it. The league names in CC are in some spanish language I think.

I have already reinstalled Fifa but no result

Can anyone help me please ?

Maybe this will help.
The player names that are edited in CC appear in the game. Only the league and team names not.
Please help if you can ?

did u save it after u made the changes???
does it takes a while after u close CC when u edit players?

Off course i saved it. Otherwise I wouldn't be seeing the player names I've edited. Only teams and league doesn't match my changes.
After saving CC also asks to create FAT and another type of file to. after clicking "yes" the files are saved but this takes some time (not too long) when those type of files are saved.
Also in CC the league names appear in Spanish or Portugese Ex. Liga Belgica.
Is this normal ?
