No Ukrainian national team?

This is is even worse than I had expected. No Ukrainian league, and also the national team removed... I just don't get it!

The national teams are added in consideration if the players in the national team are in the leagues presented in the game. They don't want to make players just exclusively for the national teams.

is there Serbia too? if not then why not, because almost all of our players are playing in europe teams and those teams are in fifa 11...
