Official EA's winter transfers

My friends do you know where i can find the official EA's winter transfers with correction of double teams? Birmingham etc...

I found the official transfers but the Birmingham is double and i can't run CM11 to correct the db..

There are several options.
1. Download the squad update, then correct the duplicated teams with CM11(there are duplications in Premier League, Championship, and League Two too).
2. Download CEP, that has both updates.
