RX3 Master doesn't open the wipe files at all. If you know another program that does that, please let us know about it!

I have Win 7 32 bit, if yours is 64 bit may be you need a 64 bit version of Texture Editor 12.

i have win 7 32 bit as u and installed .net framework but the problem that it open the rx3 file and there is no textures opened so how to solve this problem

Well, I can open them and see the textures too. I`m no expert in troubleshooting but may be you are missing some .dll files. I have these installed in my pc,

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010 (different versions of them)
Microsoft .NET 4 version 9.0.30729,
SlimDX for .NET 4.0 (March 2011) version 4.0.11.43
Java version 6.0.250

May be you need these installed in your PC, I`m not sure.

I also have CM 11, 12, 13, DB Master 11, 12, RX3 Master, Texture Editor 11, 12, File Master 12 and they all work fine.

I read somewhere in this forum that you need the right version of SlimDX. So google search for different versions of SlimDX and try them one by one. I checked my software collection and I have these,

SlimDX Runtime for .NET 2.0 (March 2011)

SlimDX Runtime for .NET 2.0 (September 2011)

SlimDX Runtime for .NET 4.0 (March 2011)

I don`t know exactly why I downloaded these but I only have the last one installed in my PC. Also I have Fifa 12 Texture Editor 0.5 - 32 Bits.
