So a friend and i setup a match via ip, we select the teams, the match loads...everything is normal.

But after 4 or 5 seconds of the game it cuts off and says 'error de conexion' (conexion error) what can i do to fix this??

Sounds like you guys have different versions.

This usually happens if your games are different, i.e. Gameplay patches or the like.

Make sure you both have exactly the same version :)
