PLZ Help me with my Patch :(

Today i try to add new team to my FRANCE 98 patch but it give me error message when i want to save it, is like CM11 can't accept any more players can someone plz help me everything is done all i have to do it is to add teams and is done, is pain to see not be able to finish the patch after i almost finished with everything

no what i did i create all 32 teams first with players, now i try to edit the player but it won't allow me in other word i don't want to create new player i want to edit them from "New Player" to real player's name

I've had the same problem too, so I took the back-up db.bak and made my edits again - he problem has gone since (for whatever reason).

I also I have this problem and reinstalling the cm11, no, not help, please help.
