Postpone Retirement Age In Career Mode?

Almost 99% of my players retire at 31 or 32, some even at 30, which is absurd as hell. I've checked out cmsettings.ini but i couldn't find a way to change this.

I want my decent players (76+ ones) to keep playing till they're 34, and the good ones (79+) till they're 36 or 37 at least, is there anyway i can do this?
